Apr - Jun 2026 Book Club Picks

The next round of Eclectix the Book Club selections for 2026 are here. From a sweeping multi-generational story to a feminist thriller, this is your chance to explore three new books from three authors we’ve never read before together. Let’s see what literary fun we will be getting into for the next three months for Eclectix the Book Club.

April we’re navigating family secrets, trauma, and resilience with The Seven Daughters of Dupree by Nikesha Elise Williams, then as cliché as it may sound May brings in flowers with Where the Wildflowers Grow by Terah Shelton Harris, and then we will take a dark, provocative turn with Imani Thompson’s debut feminist thriller Honey.

As always we will continue to tackle a new genre each month for the Eclectix the Book Club picks. The announcement of the monthly picks is shared quarterly, allowing you to decide which books you’re planning to read along with or get an early start on each of them to finish on time.

Remember to officially join the book club’s Discord server to converse with other book club members all year long, then head over to Bookshop.Org, Amazon, or your local bookstore/library to grab the monthly picks.

(You can also grab your copies for 20% off from Louisville, KY’s independent bookstore Foxing Books either in-store or online using code: ECLTX )
